A About This Document

This document defines the detailed business requirements of the Admin Panel of the KailashBook platform — the operational console used by the Owner and the downline hierarchy (Super Master, Master, Agent, User) to manage balances, risk, events, casino, content, bonuses and banking. Each module is described by its purpose, the features included, the reference screen(s) captured from the staging build, the user flow, and applicable business rules.

Scope & change controlOnly features described in this document are within the agreed development scope. Any feature not explicitly mentioned here is considered out of scope and will require a separate Change Request (CR). Each module carries its own approval block; the consolidated client sign-off is on the final page.

Brand & theme reference

The Admin Panel uses a deep navy canvas and sidebar with a teal/turquoise accent for active states, live indicators and primary actions. The gold "KailashBook" wordmark anchors the login screen and the sidebar header.

Downline Management
Module ID KB-DWN-001Role Owner / Super Master / Master / AgentScope Super Master · Master · Agent · User · Settlement

Downline Management is the core operational area: every level of the reseller hierarchy — Super Master, Master, Agent, and the End User — is listed, drilled into, and acted upon from here, with a Settlement view for fund transfers between adjacent levels.

4.1 Hierarchy Overview

Downline sidebar submenu
Downline — sidebar submenu (Super Master · Master · Agent · User · Settlement)
Owner Super Master Master Agent User
HierarchyKailashBook's hierarchy is Owner → Super Master → Master → Agent → User — there is no separate "Admin" tier; Super Master is the level directly beneath the Owner. Every rule below (drill-down, listings, pop-ups, profile detail, Settlement) applies identically at each of these four downline levels.
  • Clicking a level in the Downline submenu lists every account created directly under the currently logged-in node at that level.
  • Clicking an account's username drills one level down — e.g. opening a Super Master reveals the Masters created under that Super Master, then Agents, then Users.
  • Settlement (§4.7) sits alongside the hierarchy levels for direct fund transfer between the current node and its immediate downline.

4.2 Super Master / Master / Agent Listing

Turnover mechanicsThe bonus amount is credited locked to the user's Bonus Wallet and only becomes usable once its turnover target is met — computed either as Bonus × Multiplier or (Deposit + Bonus) × Multiplier per the policy's Turnover Formula. Installments release the bonus proportionally as turnover is completed, and Approval Method (Auto vs. Manual) decides whether each installment's share is released automatically or requires admin sign-off in the Bonus Statement (§10.2).
